Integrated Pico8 Lua code to simulate animation movement on the image

[New] Now generates lists of inner-state pixels to simulate animation movement of the image

      (like with the -gif option but with pico8 lua code)

[+++] Integrated example using 2000 tokens to display 1913 points.
      You can adjust the number of tokens to be used with -noisetokensNNNN eg: -noisetokens500

[+++] Manage alternate colors "secret palette" in lua generated code (pal command)

[New] Added __lua__ section in .p8 generated file (including full example to display image)

      so that you will only have to type "run" to see the results!
